O’Halloran also served as Director of Marketing for The Learning Company. At an exciting time for the educational software market, he helped the company stay on path through 14 acquisitions as he led channel marketing efforts for the second biggest software supplier at retail (Microsoft was #1). Ultimately, The Learning Company was sold to Mattel for $3.2 billion.
